What Vantage Does
Tax strategy and planning, handled year-round.
Most tax professionals focus on preparing and filing returns. We focus on the decisions that happen before the return — the ones that actually affect how much you pay.
Our work is ongoing. We meet with clients quarterly, monitor their tax position throughout the year, and bring recommendations as they become relevant to your life.

Common questions
A few things to know before reaching out
The main difference is the scope of the engagement. A traditional relationship with a tax professional focuses on getting the return filed. Our work starts earlier, we look at what decisions you can make before the year closes. Whether that difference is worth making a change depends on your situation, which is what the introductory call is for. We’re also happy to coordinate with your current tax preparer.
Yes. While Vantage is based in Los Angeles, we work with physicians nationwide. Most of our work is done remotely — video calls, shared documents, and direct access when decisions come up.
Tax planning projects are fixed fee and priced based on complexity. We discuss pricing directly during the introductory call, once we understand what your situation actually involves. We do provide general pricig information on the Pricing page.
Yes, as part of every planning engagement. We don’t offer tax preparation on its own — the planning and the return go hand in hand.
